Answer: Fire Extinguishers should be disposed at one of the Household Hazardous Waste Collection Events sponsored by the Bergen County Utilities Authority.

2. Who should I contact to assist with Child Car Seat Installations?
Answer: The Ridgewood Fire Department has firefighters that are certified Child Car Seat Technicians, trained to properly install and inspect child car seats.
Child Car seat inspections and installations are done by appointment only.
